Q: How should a person make up for Qurbani if he did not perform it?

A: If Qurbani is Wajib, the obligation must be executed. If Qurbani was not offered due to any reason, then it is Wajib to give in Sadaqah (charity) the price of the Qurbani animal or the unslaughtered (live) animal itself to the poor (if the animal was purchased and not slaughtered).
